Lecture on \"Innovation\" at Fiesp-SP
In Deltafrio we are in a constant process of looking for the \"Blue Ocean\" and how difficult it is to find it, we understand that it\'s necessary to persist on this path because, as the company matures culture of innovation, gradually it tends to go discovering small \"blue lakes\" that will improve their competitiveness.
Worldwide, there are very few examples of companies that truly find their blue ocean, or business models in which they are practically unique, business enabling it to navigate with extreme ease. Not every time you see business emerging as Facebook, Circu du Solail, Uber, etc, but we understand that any business needs to devote part of its efforts in the daily quest to reinvent itself.
In an innovation process, errors are inherent, and at this point there is a major conflict between the school innovation with school quality because the culture of quality the ultimate goal is the \"Zero Defect\".
Errors will always cost money, but when it comes to innovation, the error must be seen as learning and you need to find inexpensive ways to get it wrong. For an innovation process actually among the company\'s culture, it takes more practice than theory, you need to prototype as soon as possible, even in thumbnails or in different materials and cheaper, but you need to materialize the fastest ideas as possible.
Another key aspect is to establish as many connections as possible, practice brainstorming, exchange ideas, to be connected with customers and above all, the company needs to have a passion for innovation.
